viva pinata, i cant create a save profile. any advice?

Hey everyone just a quick question when I run viva piñata it comes up with a message saying : would you like to create a save profile.
I click yes and then it says : the file you are trying to access is corrupt, read only, or your hard drive is full. my hard drive is not full and I am signed in on my live account. im not sure what to do, I have reinstalled the game multiple times as well. has anyone had this problem before?
I had problems even running the game but my friend (he clever) got my compat XML document and changed the resolution to something it can handle and then my game runs fine. its just the saving problem, has it got something to do with the document my friend changed or is this something completely different?

It doesn't have to do with the document. I had a simalar problem in the original Viva Pinata, in all honesty, there isnt a clear cut way to fix the issue your having. It has to do obviously with your game's save file being corrupt. Other than making new gardens, restarting your game, or playing on a different gamertag, there isn't much of anything you can do.
